Classes will be held back to back from 10:20am - 11:20am and 11:30am - 12:30pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in the Grubbs Learning Center Room 116 on the Simpson University campus.

THIS CLASS HAS BEEN CANCELED An overview of the spiritual reformation that swept Europe in the 16th century. Emphasis will be placed on the triggering conditions, the rapid development, and the worldwide impact of the powerful movement that was based on the teachings of men such as Martin Luther, John Calvin, Huldrich Zwingli, Thomas Cranmer and John Knox.

THIS CLASS HAS BEEN CANCELED DUE TO COVID-19 This course - rescheduled from March to April - surveys painting, sculpture, and architecture in the west from early Greek times to the present with special attention to the interaction of art and ideas. Skills in art analysis and appreciation are developed, and special attention is given to Christian art and the role and strategic importance of art, the visual, and the imagination in our contemporary society.

This class will explore both the political and biological impacts of those decisions. Learn how the past will influence the future, as we deal with mega-droughts and mega fires that the future will bring.

This course will help you to become more proficient with your smart phone. We will cover Android and iOS (iPhone) devices/platforms. Primarily a smart-phone course, some the the content will also apply to using the iPad and some Android based tablets. Features you will master include: Contacts, Address Boo, and Calendar, E-mail, Voicemail, Text Messaging , Skype, and FaceTime, "The Cloud, " Apps, Music, Photos and Videos, Tracking Data/Usage, Security and Safety.
